Finding my Feminine power

In this workshop, Finding my Feminine power. We want to explore what it feels like to be a woman; to capture the essence of our “feminine energy” and use it in a dance for balance.

We want to know how this energy feels inside our body through meditation; in our breath when we dance to the rhythm of our soul, to express our inner voice; to let go. It’s an experience every woman should have because it will empower the woman in you.

**Your facilitator: Sheska Chan is an energy worker and a teacher of energy chakra dancing. She has been working with energy of the chakras for over 18 years.

**Her special guest: Marie Claude Dubeau is a Professional Singer, voice trainer and an amazing teacher whose passion is to teach us how to bring out our inner power and connected with our voice.
